Automated Skype calling for Mac users
Anybody interested in a little application that automates the process of dialing phone numbers with Skype?
If you use Skype for calling phones, stop fumbling through the windows on your Mac in order to find Skype, then to find the dialer button, then to paste it into dialer, and then finally to click on the "call button".
Instead, just copy any phone number that you find anywhere, then click a keyboard shortcut like "ctrl s" and Skype, assuming it is running, immediately dials the number for you.
It works with numbers you copy from your address book, or on the web, or in email or on Facebook, or anywhere else. If you're interested, let me know on Skype. The utility is called, unimaginatively, "SkypeCaller".
